I watched part of this when I was very young--I'd say this was early-to-mid 80's, and I don't think the movie was very old at the time. I remember seeing part--near the end, I think--where there was a person on top of a building and there were bugs crawling all over someone, killing him (I assume--it was scary and I was little). But they were electrical or robot bugs or something. I think there was... Grating or something that the bugs were crawling on, too.

The only movie I can think of from back then that has electronic bugs in it is Runaway.

I just checked the Wiki for the plot of this movie, and the bit at the end makes it VERY likely that this is the movie I'm thinking of. :) Thank you so much for your help.

I'm going to check it out later; I'm positive I'll know the scene if I see it, and since it's on an unfinished skyscraper (per the wiki), it would explain my impressions of the grating and the top of a building.

Also, there are spider-like robot bugs in it that are killers. It was a fun movie... not great but fun.
