I changed the tub seal. I have no leaks and balanced the machine. Everything works fine except it is out of balance when spinning.

Hi Paggy, are you sure you hooked the counter balance springs proper? Or maybe there weak? Good luck

You need to look around because something is broken around the tub. There are springs and weights that will break and rust out. Remove the back and look and you will find the problem. DrTom4444
