    Child Custody
When going in for a disposition questioning with the opposing parties lawyer, do I have to go in by myself or can my husband come in with me?
Also what exactly should I be expecting? I have never had to go through anything like this.

You should have representation with you and bring a tape recorder to the session. They should allow your husband to be there unless he is also a party to which you are giving testimony.

OP normally doesn't need her own attorney. And the court reporter may well have recording equipment, so I don't know that OP needs to bring her own tape recorder.

If the husband is a party to the proceeding he has a right to attend. Normally there shouldn't be a problem with him being there in any case.
