If you are concerned and notice you left this post at 3 or so today, don't know where you are located because this is an international site, why didn't you just go to emerg right away seeing as you were carrying twins?

Possibly midwife has called you back by now; we are all volunteers here so probably why there wasn't anyone to answer your questions immediately.

Any time there's bleeding in pregnancy you should contact your doctor.

Carrying twins can be considered a higher risk pregnancy then a single baby. Your doctor understands this. Better safe then sorry, go get a checkup to put your mind at ease.
