Ok so I'm on a low estrogen because pill and I'm wondering if I can get pregnant easier since it's low estrogen. And when is it OK to have sex after you started the pill is it still a month? And is it true that things like diarrhea and tylenol can make it not work as well? I'm nervous to have sex for the first time without condoms can anyone give me advice to calm my nerves? And I have been in a committed relationship with my soon to be fiancée for a long time and IM NOT worried about stds

It is still understood that you should wait a full month pill cycle before you have unprotected sex when you are on the pill. I played it safe when I was in the same position and I decided to wait a month and a half of a pill cycle to be sure that I took it everyday at the same time before I didn't use the condom. I have never heard of diarrhea or tynenol affecting the pill effectiveness itself and I have taken Tynenol and I am still not pregnant, so I think that is a myth. But there are some antibiotics or steroids that can affect it and if you want to be sure before you take an antibiotic that it will not affect the pill, ask a pharmacist or doctor that is prescribing it to you to be sure that it will not ruin the effectiveness of the pill. It is your right to know what could or could not affect your body in any way, so just ask the doctors when in doubt.
Also, from one girl to another try not to be too paranoid about sex the first few times about getting pregnant. It tends to be counterproductive and can make sex painful or just plain unenjoyable if you are thinking that you are getting pregnant the whole time. As long as you take the pill the same time EVERYDAY you are usually completely fine. And if you don't 100% feel comfortable using just the pill, ease more slowly into it. There's nothing wrong with using condoms and the pill at the same time for a couple months longer than you have to if it will help you be more comfortable with the notion of no other barrier being there.
As for it being low estrogen pill, what is the brand of it? How many milligrams is in it? The estrogen level tends to not affect the pill effectiveness but different brands may be known for being more effective than others. That all will just take research and questions to your GYN. Usually as long as you were truthful and told your GYN that you are taking the pill to avoid pregnancy and that you are in a committed relationship, she will prescribe a pill that is extremely effective no matter the estrogen levels in it rather than give you a pill for a regulated period for example.

Well I started taking it because I was having periods every two weeks for the last 4 months and before that I was on it because I had painful cyst that were making me go to the hospital regularly because of painful ruptures and got of the pill(lessina) because of crazy bad mood swings and at that point was not sexually active I've never really said I was using it for pregnancy prevention but it wouldn't be a surprise to her either the pill is called Tri-Spintec and I don't see anywhere that tells the milligrams but I have an alarm set on my phone so I take it everyday at the same time I was planning a month and a half but my guy was just so excited we probably have to talk more haha and even if I waited that long I would still be nervous

Ok well I have heard of the low dosage version of that brand and I have not heard anyone getting pregnant as long as they follow the prescription info (sounds like you will because you are already lol). But again your doctor will know more about it. Usually it will prevent against pregnancy though. I think also that the only way diarrhea or vomiting will ruin the effectiveness of the pill is if you are vomiting or having diarrhea for a longer period (like a week) OR if you are not on the pill for a while already because your body does eventually get used to the pill's effects which is why we have difficulty getting pregnant when we get off the pill after a long time of being on it consistently (like it takes 6 months on average to get pregnant when we actually try after we been on the pill for months or years).
