How to avoid the pressure on eyes, while sitting before computer?
I am new to computer and have started using it just recently. I feel the pressure on my eyes. Can someone tell me how to get rid of it or how to just avoid it?

Is it possible you need glasses for near-vision? You might help your eyes if you turn down the brightness of the monitor. You can also move the monitor forward or backward or slightly tilt it to help how your eyes see images. Of course, you must take a break, stand up, and walk around every hour, or more often, if necessary.

I suggest you consult an eye doctor to prevent the worsening of your problem. It will also help if you will adjust the computer's screen settings but of course, that will only grant temporary convenience. Get your eyes checked because it would not help if you will be exposed to computers without the needed eye protection.

To me personally I use eye drops. And rest it for at least 5 minutes every hour.
