    Bizarre Symptoms
So I am 16 and am currently juggling cross country in a busy schedule for school. During summer training I was fine, but when the school year started I had less energy. I had juggled school and two-a-days before (even while playing for the school musical), but the mileage was never this high. I never put in less than 7 miles a day.
At this point I am expereincing extreme fatigue when I'm always in bed by 9:30. When I wake up, I usually feel sick to my stomach(I have had very bad gas too). This can last all day or go away with in an hour. Does anyone have anyone have any idea what all this could mean?

It is possible that your body is going through some changes. At this time I would focus on diet and keep a diary for a month. Also are you taking any supplements with your intake?

Try to also examine your bedtime routine. Its possible that your not getting all the way into or only short periods of REM sleep. It is a deep period of sleep your body requires for completing the sleep cycle. As for bedtime routine. Try things like not eating or playing video games for at least 1 hour before bed. Avoid stress and caffinated drinks in that time. If you don't improve shortly take what you have and go see a doctor. You could be lacking in critical vitamins or minerals that your body needs for high energy output.
