    My little girls father wants to sign off on is rights how can I find the papers on line to print out papers because we can't afford an attorney

    Maybe for something as important as this, you should be able to afford an attorney. I would not personally put any of this to chance by 'printing off documents to filll out'. You will still have to have everything noritized. Amd that has to be paid for.

    There are no forms. There is this myth that a parent can voluntarily give up their rights. But that's all it is, a myth!

    There is a sticky note at the top of this forum that discusses this, as well as hundreds of other threads.

    There are only a few conditions where a parent can give up their rights. But these are rare.

    Almost... some states /Texas is one of them/ allow voluntary termination of parental rights but do not allow termination of parental obligations
