If you were working in a state with an income tax, you would get credit for it against the Georgia rates to avoid 'double taxation'. Since Florida does not have an income tax, you will need to pay the GA Tax man quarterly.
Typically, you would take your expected yearly tax obligation and pay it out over four equal installments falling on the 15th of April June September and January of the following year.
Have you talked to your employer about the possibility of them sending money for you? You could have it sent to a direct deposit account which you hold your tax liability and then make the quarterly payment from. At least you'll get a point interest on it while it sits there.
