I work at a small restaurant in Ohio that just barely makes it by. I handle most of the repairs myself to save us money and to be able to stay open. The o-ring on our Broaster model 1800 recently began to fall apart. I have already ordered a new ring, and was looking at how to repair it, and think I know what to do but want to be sure. Can anyone help me either tell me step by step or point me to a free repair guide?

I just look at something like that and figure it out. If you already have an idea about how to do it I would try it. You will see if your idea work when you try to remove the old one. It must fit well to hold pressure. DrTom4444
