People online can't possibly diagnose pain, but of course fibroids can cause pain, and fibroids often reoccur. You should see the same doctor you saw for them before.

Be sure to not get constipated, and either eat enough fiber (fresh vegetables, brown rice, oatmeal, beans) for a bowel movement each day, or take a stool softener regularly (such as Colace), and psyllium (such as Metamucil). Drink tons of fluids, even if you tend to retain water. Use moist heating pads and do pelvic lifts (lie on your back and raise your pelvis). Soak in a hot bath. Try 3 different OTC pain reliever types found in Tylenol, ibufrofin, and Alleve. Each has different results for each person and each kind of pain, so see which works best for you.
