1) Is this for a doctorate or a master's degree?

2) There is a certain format to use. Do you have a guide for the dissertation style and how to format it?

3) Your first job is to do a literature review and get together articles in professional journals and even in popular magazines about your topic. Go to your university library reference desk for help with this, and also surf the Internet for articles that may be free.

You will want to search for surveys by employees at various companies that have explored how to be socially responsible. Allied Van Lines might be one U.S. company to investigate.

@Wondergirl.. hey thanks dr, in fact I am doing my Degree in Accounting and this dissertation on CSR form part of the requirement of my course. I need to do an Introduction,Research Objectives and Research Questions, Literature Review,Research Methodology,Analysis of data and Conclusion. Since you know how to do a dissertatio, can you help me with that. I have done lotss of research but there are too many idead that am myself confused dr, coule you do that for me.. a brief sample I mean? Thxx lotsss :)

2) How many articles do you have so far? On which topics?

Are these printed out? Or in a Word file? If printed out, use marker to write in the top right corner the topic for each article. Then sort them by topic. If they are in a Word file, sort them by topic.

This will help you get organized.

3) Are you in India or Pakistan or somewhere else? It will help me to know this.

Am from Reunion dr, I have too many ideas, may be I have surf on about more that 200 websites ,n you I do not know what to put under which heading,I have saved all the research I've done in word , in fact I have surf on internet on all topics concerned with " Employee Perceptions of Corporate Social Responsibility ", please help me dr, thxx lots dr !

3) Write down possible subtopics ("Research Questions") under CSR --

How does a company create a social campaign?
CSR must be interwoven in a company's fabric.

4) Write down the names of companies that care about social responsibility

E.g. these firms made the greatest contributions to charitable causes --

5) You are going to have to look at each article you saved in Word and figure out what each is about. Delete those that don't look helpful. You have too many articles.

When is this due?

1. Whether employees' perceptions of CSR lead to positive job attitudes and responsible behaviors.
2. Explore the potential relationships between employees' perceived CSR and employee behaviors.

Where is #3?

#1 and #2 are essentially the same idea.

3) Assess the relationship between CSR and employees commitment.
