This is a clear case of RTFM, you do know you can find all of this in Microsoft's documentation of Windows 7, right?

    Windows 7 Help & How-to - Microsoft Windows

Those questions sound a lot like homework questions. Trust me when I say that the answers are on Microsoft's website.

Well there's "help" and then there's doing all the work for you. We don't do the latter.

Do you have access to a PC with Windows 7?

I actually did all the work there was a whole 6 page packet on this. I just needed a couple of questions its not like you are doing the whole entire thing. I don't think I have windows 7 on this computer.

We can help you with your homework, but we don't do your homework for you.

Have you even bothered to check out the link I posted? There's a nice search function there where you can search your questions and you'll find answers. I've all but given you the exact answer to your questions.

I remember when I had to crack open a book to do my homework.
