    Divorce to eu citizen?
    Does an American who is divorcing a European have any rights after the divorce?
    Can the American citizen live in Europe?
    I am an american citizen living in the US, who is divorcing a European citizen who lives in Europe. I want to know if I would be able to obtain a working visa in Europe after we divorce.

    Divorcing someone in another country does not keep you from normal activities. It isn't a crime to divorce someone.
