I have a 13year old girl who stays at her fathers house once a week, he has two other children 1 boy of 5 and a girls of 3. My daughter has to share a room with the 5year old boy she has no privacy is this OK?

You asked this in law, so I know of no state in the US that has any laws regulating this. Do you believe there are sexual issues going on when she visits ?

Why does she not stay in the girls room?
Why does she not stay on the couch ?
Why do you not send or get a air mattress to put in the front room?

If you wish to address this officially, you will have to file in court to modify the visitation agreement to specify living and/or sleeping arrangements.

I have told him it is not right, he used to make her sleep in the same bed as his girlfriend and he would sleep on the settee, he has bought her a blow up bed but she has to sleep on the floor of a 5year old boys room and not her sisters. He is now saying I am an unfit parent as I wouldn't let her stay at her friends as she was misbehaving. I told my daughter that when she is misbehaving it makes me not have any time for her and she took this literally. I may have worded this incorrectly, I was just trying to make her understand that bad behaviour would not be rewarded with effection she has told her fater and now he is saying her is going for custody of her and I am a unfit parent.

This isn't about a young girl.. It's about her ANGRY parents trying to DO IT to each other. The courthouse is where this needs to be settled.

On a blow up bed is not really a issue and I doubt the court will get involved to make it change, but you have the legal right to try.

If you try not to send the daughter he can use that against you in court also.

Court is where anger and hatred for each other needs to be taken care of. Both sides using or trying to use the child to get even with the other never wins

No I want what is best for my child, I just want 2 get on with my life with her and not after 8year have her father underminding me in everything I do. My daughther and me have a strong relationship and I love her to bits.
