If I have a checking account they get into it to it,When I went to the child support it was agreed that they would take $53.00 dollours a week which I pay,Why then should they get into my cheking acount.

To be sure it gets paid every week, to pay any back pay for those weeks you forgot to pay perhaps (?)

But the trouble with the payment when people write the checks, it may go good for a few months, even a few years, but at some point, they have another payment they want to make and so on.

Normally it would just come out of your paycheck before you even get it

Are you behind on child support payments (also called arrears) ? What was the arrangement you made with the courts to set up child support? Are you self employed ?

I made arrangement to pay $53.00 a week which is taking out of my payroll each week,I am paying to two counties $25.00 to one and $30.00 to another,Plus they take my tax's also,And yes this is all from arrears,
