What is standard sq ft cost for wax, strip, buff in va. Roughly 1800sq ft
Need to calculate cost to do floor buffing, waxing, (6) times per year. Stripping 2x per year for 1800 sq ft. This need not cover supply cost. Need general sq ft costs, and will make adjustments for supplies. Haven't bid on these type contracts in past. Standard cost I've used for commercial cleans have been roughly 28 cents - 45 cents, based on finished and unfinished area. Can anyone give me an idea of an standard guideline cost for the above services?

The 'class' of the building and where it is does have affect of pricing Odd.

In the Chicago area/s a competitive cost for repetitive (on going) work of this type is as suggested below. Use this if you like but in the end pricing is always your decision:

Complete strip and refinishing: $0.25 sq ft

Scrub and refinish: $0.15 sq ft

    Buffing: $0.05 sq ft

    This covers labor/profit/supplies/admin and equipment.

Do you have experience in professionally doing is type of floor work?
