    Back Chid Support
    My ex owes back child support and both children are adults. My son says he knows a way he can take my back support for college. He is 22 next month. I was told by Health and Welfare he can't touch it. I was full custodial parent.
    Just wanting to know if anyone has come across this before?

    No he can not take it, but then why would you not help him with his college
