If this is a small claims court matter that you have a judgment entered against someone you can send them financial interrogatories in aid of execution. And if after 30 days they don't answer the interrogatories you set down a motion for compelling the answers before the judge in a hearing. Then the person must disclose their bank account informaiton and asset information.
