    Children "Divorcing" their parents
Can a child petition the court to have visitation with a non custodial parent terminated in the state of Nevada? The boy lives with his father and wants to have his mother's visitation stopped or drastically reduced because of her drug use and living conditions.

It is the parents responsibility to take care of that and to ask for a modification in the courts. If the mother is a danger to the child then it can be changed. Just remember you have to leave personal feelings and guesses at the door. The courts deal in facts.

No the child can not do anything, they will need to have the custodial parent do it
