I noticed about a week ago a milky yellowish green vaginal discharge, then it turned to a dried blood red milky color then back to the yellow. It does not have a foul odor or anything, just kind of annoying to deal with

The color may be a sign of an infection. Best to get it checked out with your doctor. Any time there's any change to things down there it's best to see a doctor.
