I am 27 years old Indian male, never smoked, but my lip color has been darker (nearly black) than my facial complexion (may be for last 10-15 years) and this affects my confidence! Permanent lip color is your answer. Get it done from a good tattoo artist one who has enough experience in permanent lip coloring.

Did your lip color change after you started smoking or drinking? These habits usually have and effect on lip color. If so, stopping either would help the situation.
