When my husband to me he filed for a divorce I lived 12hrs from my family I was 17 at the time. I moved back to my mothers house,with my child. The judge didn't have a problem with that and he understood. My husband is wanting full custody, he refuses to help me, he hasn't seen our child for about 4/5 months now. My husband is trying to get me on neglect and unfit because I worked too much when we were together and I stayed,after work twice with some friends. Do I have a chance to get full custody of my child?

A chance, sure. But its unlikely. More likely is that you will get primary physical custody with joint legal custody and he will get visitation rights. Courts still favor placing the child with the mother and there would have to be significant proof of neglect or unfitness to change that. The fact that the judge in your divorce case (I assume) allowed you to move so far away is a good sign.
