Got deported more than 10 years ago, I was still under 18 years old and I didn't know. I found out after I got married to my wife who is a US citizen and she asked for me. We had two children together, what happens if I never left after the order of removal?

You have a current unexecuted order of deportation.

You should have your USC wife file the I-130 for you. After it is approved, you ask the IJ to reopen the case as you seek a ground of relief, that is adjustment of status.

As the court has jurisdiction over you and not USCIS, you will be adjusting status in immigration court. Have your case extremely well prepared, don't miss anything. Hire an experienced certified immigration specialist.
