So I am only 20 years old but have been on the depo since having my daughter and that was nearly 3 years ago, and haven't had a menstrual cycle in 2 and a half years. I have had 2 different doctors tell me about how long to be on it. My gyno told me it doesn't matter because of my age and the other said its best to stop after 3 years to give your body a "break". I was worried because I heard that being on it for so long can make you sterile. I want more children in the future so this worries me. Anyone have advice or can help?
