Hello my name is James I was in a relationship with an individual for about a year. With in that time frame sh got pregnant. After a couple of disagreements we saw fit to separate. A few months went by with out contact and I received a disturbing message stating that she got an abortion. Now 9 months later shee guives birth to a little girl. My question is can I legally demand a dna test on the child

You can "demand" anything you want, but if you want to do it properly, you request it by making a motion in court for a DNA test to determine paternity along with a request for visitation. She will counter or file ( if she has not already) a request ( motion) for custody and child support.

If she wants child support payments from you SHE will try and get an order for the DNA test so she can make you pay and you can demand the DNA test when she takes you to court to pay as well.
