A "friend" who no longer stays here left multiple belongings, TV, microwave apliances, clothes, & pet dog. Of which I have been storing & caring for at my expense. I have made attempts to make arrangements for them to get their belongings either by my deliveringh them or them retrieving them. When do these things become mine to do with as I please. Thank you.

It would be a matter of state statute. Which state (assuming you are in the U.S.) are you in?
