My Sears Kenmore ELite Washer (5 years old or so) All cylces but spin works. Burnt smells comes at same time . Just replaced motor coupling myself. It spun once, then stopped spinning on next load of clothes. Change spin from Ultra Clean wash cycle to spin on Permanent Press cycle and it spun. It is spinning now on another load; I don't think it is fixed... Motor works fine. Top Door swicth appears to work well; washer stops when door is open. Thoughts on possiblyt problem? Timer? Clutch? How do I check.
