My stomach feels sore and uncomfortable. This started this morning and it seems to be getting worse. Any ideas what it can be?

A million different things... gas, something you ate, the beginning of a stomach bug, the flu, food poisoning. And is it actually your stomach? Or something like your appendix? If you're worried about it, your doctor is the best person to talk to. It's impossible for anyone online to make a diagnosis.
