I would like to know if I can move out of state while on diversion?

With written permission of the court.

You must have prior permission to leave the state, let alone move out of the state. If you move with no permission you will be caught and punished.

My research concurs with the experts, in addition, I find that whether you get permission may depend on whether your crime was a misdemeanor or a felony. Contacting the court, and/or your Probation Officer, if you have one, would be your next step.
