Spice mojo, is that mary jane? If you are caught dong something that you haven't done before ON THE PRISON GROUND probably means you will reprimanded, get a fine or due time. Anyone of the three. It all depends on who is calling the shots royal.

    Hello r:

I don't know what spice mojo is, but if it's illegal, whether the defendant has kids or not, won't make a difference in the sentence.

Court does not care if you have kids.

How about coming back and writing your question in english without all of the getto slang.

For reference: Spice. Looks like it was written by a CO.

It's up to the CO's what happens next, they can let it slide or bring down the hammer.

The war on drugs continues to spark ingenuity.

    Hello again, r:

I'm still not sure what you mean by on the prison grounds...

But, it doesn't matter WHAT the substance is, or what they use it for. If it's NOT on the approved list of items for inmates to posses, it's CONTRABAND. Will he found guilty by the prison staff of possessing contraband?? YES. Will they PUNISH him severely?? YES. Do they care that he has kids? You got to be kidding.

Still doesn't explain what 'spice mojo' is, although I think I know 'mojo' means not good, dangerous to deal with, etc.

    Hi tick:

After some investigation, spice is an incense that when smoked, makes people high. It's legal for the time being. Mojo appears to be a flavor of spice.

To royal: If this wasn't in prison, then there shouldn't BE charges, because it's LEGAL to possess.

I know Georgia has made many of the spices illegal now, so it may be where they are from.

Again the prison ground, confuses me, since if it was done in prison, they write you up for a violation of prison rules ( most likely a few violations) and you may get lock up, or loss of some benefits
