I'm trying to find the name of a movie from the late 80's where a mother and teenage son from Poland emigrate to the US and it follows them adjusting to their new life, the mother gets a job working for a radio station that is then broadcast back to Poland (I think), any suggestions would be appreciated as I would really like to see this movie again as I can't remember how it ended!
