There is a flashing light in the cleaning phase that prevent the machine from starting

Have your contacted the manufacturer as this is probably a very common problem with that unit. Had it been a non LED or LCD type model the answer would be the door latch needs adjusted.

I agree but why not guess? This way they get back exactly what they give (information wise).
