Why was the "tune up" done?

Didn't you just ask about water in the fuel... or really, I mean you made a statement about water in the fuel on a different post.

If it started before the tune up but not after, obviously you did something wrong. Check the wires and make sure they are on the cap and plugs where they belong, in the correct order.
