How to collect/secure arrears if obligie is dying?
Is there a way to collect or secure payment of over $30,000.00 of arrears, while the obligie is still alive but is due to die? While he still is not paying and arrears are still accumulating but he has nothing to begin with expect his social security that his new wife is entitled?.

    "obligee (plural obligees)

1.(law, finance) The party owed an obligation by another party, the obligor."
    obligee - Wiktionary

So this person owes you over $30,000, right? And you are expecting to die soon?

    What is this obligation for?

To answer your question, to my knowledge there is no mechanism to speed up payment in the event of your imminent death.

If the person has nothing, then where do you expect this money to come from ?

Ak, I think that the OP is the obligee, and the person dying is the obligor.
