What's that movie called?
Hi - I am trying to remember this movie: there are some government crime solvers who have this device which takes feeds from video and sound all over the planet and this super computer reconstructs the past in a virtual / digital realm. There is a lag between now-present and what can be viewed. The thing is, you can only look at one place and you can not go back - so in order to solve the crimes you have to look in the right place at the right time. So this guy is trying to track down a bad guy and uses the device to close in - he also figures out how to reduce the lag to nearly seconds. Anyway - I just remember it is a killer movie and I'm dying to see it again... just can't remember who was in it or the name. Appreciate if you can help. Thanks Mike
