    Demons terrozing
Here's the deal. I'm a Christian, and I have a close relationship with God, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. I've been staying at my boyfriends apartment house for a little while until I finally decided to move in. Well I noticed little strange things were happening, and paid no attention to it, like things missing and being found in different spots of the apartment. I thought maybe I was just being forgetful. Well, things have escalated a lot to belongings being thrown around, things appearing and disappearing having to constantly look for things. (Example: I found my car keys in a bag of cookies, and I know I didn't put them in there). My boyfriend gets these terrible scratches on his back that come and go and most times they look different. Lately there has been strange knocking on doors, that is loud and distinct, but only when he is outside smoking and Im in the apartment by myself. I also can't place personal belongings down without them disappearing. If I leave something for just a few minutes and come back to get it, it's not there. I have tried casting these things out but the activity seems to get worse. Im afraid to even stay there now.

When did the activity really start? When you moved in or did he have experiences there before you came? If I may ask... what exactly is your relationship with God, the Son, and the Holy Spirit? In what way did you try and cast these spirits out?

And of course it appears you are living in a unwed relationship in the home of your boyfriend, have you discussed this with God in your relationship with him ?

That's definitely something that was going to be brought up. While authority is FOR every believer... it's not something every believer can do sometimes. Not that your living situation is CAUSING this problem... but it could be one of many reasons that is prohibiting the proper response.

He had scratches and told me he would place things down and they would go missing before I ever met him. (Just to inform you, I'm a virgin and so is he). I moved in because of the control my family was trying to put over my life, and he and his family were the only ones who accepted me for who I am in Christ. Most of his family are Christians and awesome people. I didn't pick up on the activity until later. I'm basically a vessel God uses to teach the Gospel. I own two ministries and I'm soon going to take up Bible College as well as start mission work. It seems that the activity is revolved around him. That I can't explain. I do have holy oil that is blessed and started casting them out thus morning. So far, no recent activity. To me it sounds like oppression, where they attach themselves to people's fear. I just wanted to get some feedback.

Well, yes, it quite obviously seems to have to do with him. It's good that you have and operate some ministries, but it's not title or position in the church that gives someone the ability to remove spirits. It has nothing to do with oil, either ;) A lot of the time a demon will be around someone because of it's spiritual rights (legal rights). There may be things that need to be dealt with in his life FIRST before the spirit can be removed. Not everything is like dealing with a haunted house. This may have to do with his choices personally or it may go back in his family a few generations.

Well, he thinks it's the both of us. Ive never had these things revolve around me all the time. Last night a lot of stuff happened. We basically had to hold onto our keys and wallets. This morning my purse was moved to a different spot. I can't find my laptop anywhere as well. Things go missing that we use the most. It's pretty irritating.

The process started slow. Now things are becoming more clear, and when I attempted to cast them out, I think I provoked them more. I know Jesus gave those who trust Him and follow Him by His blood to cast them out but they aren't leaving. Other strange things I noticed are He will speak in a different language and come out of nowhere. Also, sometimes my boyfriend will just stare into space and complain of being really cold like ice all of a sudden. He also has epiplepsy which also concerns me. He's had that since he's been about 11 or 12. We got into a car accident last month because something triggered it, and he never has seizures during the day. He is taking routine medication. He also just was released from a behavioral facility for having strange mood swings and anger problems. I'm not sure what I could be up against. Its like walking out of the frying pan and into the fire.

The battle with real demons can be hard, it is not something just anyone can do,
You need a real professional that is trained in the methods of casting out spirits. They will know your every weakness and often tell you and use them against you.

Jesus did give us full authority to cast out demons, but it takes experience and knowledge. We are all introduced to something new when walking with God and I've learned to take baby steps. Maybe that's what I need to du with this situation. Anything through Jesus Christ is possible.

Yes, some demons can really hang on. I don't know if you've really thought about this, but the symptoms of possession seem to be there. Start with HIM rather than starting with the house. Fr_Chuck is right... I think in this case you may need to track down someone who is experienced in demonic confrontation. Yes, it is true deliverance is given to every believer... but at the same time, it takes a spiritually mature level to see it through. This is something that will need to be prayed about and fasted for. I suggest you find some help and not try this on your own.

Have faith in God and Jesus. Imagine a light from heaven cleansing your home with Jesus's love. Burn sage or Incense and place sea salt around house to take away any negative energy. These negative spirits draw energy from your fear. Stay positive and pray in time you fear...

Actually, to have faith in "God and Jesus", would be to NOT resort to superstition. Jesus told us to rely on HIS authority and HIS power given to us... not to throw salt around (which is just salt) or to imagine heavenly lights. That sort of exorcism is NOT rooted in the bible and came from superstitious people who may or may not have believed in the bible but certainly had no understanding of it. Godisready, you're on the right path, it's a matter of removing those rights the spirits have to be there.

I am here to give you some advice. I am not an expert but giving you something to try. I heard even Mother Teresa had her demons to fight. Sometimes I think these things want you to give up doing good which makes them more powerful. Keep with your faith and I hope things get better. I hope my advice helps you.
