I have been monitoring my bp for a couple of hours. I am supposed to be on meds for high bp but lost my job and insurance a few months ago and can no longer afford dr visits or meds. The last time I checked it was about 15 min ago and it was 163/113 with a pulse of 100. Should I consider the er?
