How accurate is the day your doctor tells you that you conceived?

He is obviously going by a chart that has already been figured out. Don't go by that as it is generally wrong, wrong, wrong. I was extremely late with my son (almost a month late) and they kept saying I counted wrong!! Me, I wasn't counting anything I was just having the kid - not them.
