I am 7 weeks pregnant and when I went to my 1st visit my ob did a internal pelvic exam and told me that my uterus is high and it was hard for her to feel it.. should I be worried? What does having a high uterus mean?

It means just that, your uterus is higher up then normal, every woman is different. As the baby grows it will drop. You shoiuld be able to ask your OB any questions you see fit when you are there. Why did you not ask her at the time, that would have been appropriate.
