Ok, for about 2 years I keep getting this little rash at my chestbone betweet my nipples about right at the sternum. They are like little dots, alsmost like small scabs... they can appear suddenly and disappear almost as suddenly, but usually takes some time. It almost seems like it appears more when I exercise. I had a Dr. say it was nothing and gave me a prescription but it keeps coming back. When I first noticed it, it was a couple of days after my wife and I had sex and I rubbed my chest (that area) on her vigina. We then had intercourse and she then engaged me in oral sex. I know this is the cause because my wife had these "dots" appear on her lips. I thought it looked just like the "dots" I had on my chest. They encircled her top and bottom lip. She said it was because she runs and I pressed her to ask her dr. too and the dr. said it was probably herpies 1. My wife chalks this up as cold sores but they do not look like cold sores and then how could I have them on my chest? I have been tested for STD and came up negative. What could this be? Is there something from her vaginal fluids that could cause this?

Not sure if this helps, but I have a really similar sounding rash in the same spot. Though my chest has never come close to contacting my girlfriend's vagina, and I've had it since before we were having sex. It's really odd that yours seems to have spread to your girlfriends mouth though, so I'm not sure if we do have the same thing. But from what you describe the rashes on our chests sound really similar.
