I used to have the IUD. There are definite pros and cons for having it. You will not have to worry about taking a pill every night and it lasts for 5 years! Some of the cons?. well, it hurts like a son of a being inserted. You have to go see your doctor or a specialist and they dialate you to insert it. There can be complications with the device moving, but it is rare. Then, it hurts like a son of a to be removed.
