    I am on SSI and have judgement against me?
    I lost my job due to an injury in 2008, I am on SSI right now. I have 1 judgment against me and 2 more on the way. I live in IL. what is going to happen?

    If SSI is your only income, it is protected from judgments.
    If it's SSDI, it can be partially garnished.

    Was the injury work related? Workers Comp benefits?
