This is driving me insane. I watched this movie when I was really little.. so it must be an early 90s movie. Its quite a dark animation about girls (or princesses I can't remember) and they ride horses and ****.. and there's an evil dark haired one? And a boy... At one point they're holding long different coloured ribbons. I think they can read minds or something. :( ANYONE? Not much to go on.
