I am a student in 10th class and I am very weak in studies I am intelligent but not a hard worker I waste my time in other thingss.usually I don't have interest in studies.so my father took me to a peer who is very famous and many people visit him daily for many problems.he gives them different types of stones written on a paper and then they buy it.he gave me a white coloured stone which is translucent also and guaranteed me that after wearing that all will be fine but I am not satisfied with it and I have secretly taken it out.please tell me that what should I do is it allowed in islam or not.

You are worried about a certain stone being allowed in Islam, yet you are already breaking faith with the message of the Quran? For shame!

Amal (work) is mentioned in 360 verses, and fi’l (another word for work) is mentioned in 109 verses. Islam emphasizes work; Islam is a religion of action. The Quran considers idleness and laziness as showing no faith and great unbelief. God has made the day for humans to spend their time in productive work. A person who works hard (which includes a student who gets good grades and makes his parents proud) is most highly praised.
