There is nothing that can be done other than surgery once you stop growing.

A proper fitting bra will also help, make sure you get fitted, as you grow you will probably find your body is more in proportion then you think right now.

Talk to your mom, have her take you to a good lingerie store and get you properly fitted for a bra.

Its possible, you are growing disproportionately. Your breasts are developing faster then the rest of your body. As you grow things may even out.

But there is nothing else that can be done until you stop growing.
