    Lennox G12 Pilot light problem
    Hello,

I have a Lennox G12 furnace. The pilot light blows out every once in a while.(An intermittent problem) The furnace is located in the hallway in the house. There are no drafts or chances of wind that could possibly blow out this pilot light. It is getting a bit frustrating because it is so inconsistent about going out. Anyone have any ideas what could cause this? The pilot light restarts with no problem once it blows out. Thanks, Mario

Dirty pilot light orifice, weak thermocouple or weak gas valve.

Thank You. I will change the thermocouple first and clean the pilot light orifice. Hopefully this will solve my problem. If not, I'll change the gas valve last... it looks expensive!! Thanks, Mario
