    my x husband took are kid (13) to a newest camp is there a law that can stop him from this

    I think OP is trying to say "nudist camp".
    And I'm pretty sure the answer would be "no".

    Unless of course it's Iran or somewhere. ;)

    I just can't get nudist out of it, but the spelling is so poor.

    No idea what they are trying to say.

    1. what type of custody does x have ( joint, visit)
    2. is he taking the child on his time when he is allowed to have the child

    If your ex husband has visitation rights and took your child someplace during his visitation period, then the likelihood is that it is perfectly legal.
