How hard is it to win solo custody of a child with mother being mentaly ill.
With proof of her refusing help for her illness and reckless behaviour.
Was told by mental health workers that if the mom is taking care of a child who is looking after her.
What will be the result when the mother has a manic episode with a child in her care, and no one to watch the mother.

Firstly-there is no a legal term " solo custody",there is a legal term "sole custody".
It all will be depend on your state's laws.
In all custody proceeding cases the judge will want to see "Clear and convincing evidences that the mother is unfit.
