I need to broke with him just because all my family are not in support with our relationship,my family already know his background and he is not a straight forward guy but I just love him

How old are you? How old is he? Which country do you live in? Is religion a factor in your family's disapproval? What is his background that your family doesn't like?

If you cannot tell him the TRUTH, then you are not straight forward either. That's a sick, unhealthy love you have.
